Harold Klemp begins by answering questions such as. “What can stimulate us to be grateful for what we have when life is hard?” Answer: “Simple, the Spiritual Exercises of ECK. Go back to it time and again. Do the Spiritual Exercises. Sing HU. We get so many letters from people around the world who tell of how singing HU, or one of the other spiritualized words, sacred words, has helped them through danger, has helped them through misunderstandings, and illness. People say, ‘It is a wonderful thing this word HU.’ So do your spiritual excises, and that will stimulate you to be more grateful for what you have when life is hard.”
