By the end of this talk, it is my hopes that you will learn what a urinary tract infection is, what puts you at risk for acquiring one, the presenting signs & symptoms, in addition to how it is diagnosed and treated. Furthermore, to appreciate and be aware that the elderly can manifest a UTI without the typical signs and symptoms.
