Harold Klemp, the spiritual leader of Eckankar, shares stories and insights about the topic. To move above the human state of consciousness into a higher state of consciousness. We do this through the Spiritual Exercises of ECK, and this may involve such things as dreams, and it may also involve such things as Soul Travel. Which simply means shifting this state of consciousness from this state to a higher one.”
